“All this time you have been fruitfully working for the good of the world., peace and justice, share light and wisdom with people”, – stressed the head of state.

“In many ways our views coincide. Firstly, in the need for a sincere search for peace in Ukraine and making every possible effort to establish it on the part of political leaders, as well as ordinary citizens. Secondly, in the need for a deep rethinking of existing relations in global politics. I agree with you, that the whole world– it's brotherhood, based on forgiveness, unity, reconciliation, not oppression, absorbing and imposing their views. This is one of the messages, which Belarus adheres to in the framework of the declared Year of Peace and Creation”, – noted Alexander Lukashenko.

The President also emphasized: “Unfortunately, not everyone shares our desire to listen and hear each other, negotiate and cooperate. For many years we have been trying to explain to the West the futility of pressure on Belarus, importance of dialogue, based on mutual respect, traditions, values ​​and national interests of each country”.
