3. Applicant Organization, proposing a project: State Institution of Culture "Musical Theater" Rada "
4. Objectives of the project:
– spiritual unity of people of different nationalities,
– education of tolerance in the younger generation;
– fostering respect for the culture and traditions of other nations;
– preservation of historical heritage;
– increasing creative and artistic level, collective performance and stage culture.
5. Tasks, planned for implementation as part of the project:
– preparation of vocal-choreographic and instrumental numbers from the repertoire of different nationalities;
– preparation of the material and technical base (purchase of necessary equipment, musical instruments, props, tailoring)
– involvement of music and choreographic specialists, authentic cultural media from abroad to directorial work.
– collaboration with the media to popularize the project
– organization and conduct of theater concerts in the Republic of Belarus and abroad.
6. Target group:
Young people (high school students and students of higher and secondary educational institutions), middle-aged and elderly people.
7. Brief Description of Project Activities:
– organization of preparatory activities for the preparation of the project:
– selection of materials for the implementation of tasks
– negotiations with the leaders of concert venues and halls for events within the project;
– organization of the rehearsal process;
– organization of procurement necessary for the implementation of the project (musical instruments for orchestra, and stage equipment, props, musical concert equipment, stage costumes);
– team visits in accordance with the concert plan for performances in the Republic of Belarus and abroad;
– production of billboards, booklets, other promotional materials;
– audio recording- and video materials for the project;
– organization of cooperation with the media for the promotion and advertising of the project;
– Announcement and coverage of relevant information on the project on the official website of the institution and on pages in social networks.
