Two Belarusian animated films by film director Irina Tarasova received four awards at the 1st International Film Festival“eagle eye” (Eagle Eye International Film Festival), which took place in the city of Chennai(India), BelTA was told at the National Film Studio“Belarusfilm”.

Animated film“Didi” (2021) took the award in the nominations“Best Animated Film” and“Best poster”, a picture“The best place in the world” (2019) became“Best Animated Film”. Besides, movie“The best place in the world” Awarded for Best Director.

According to the author, Didi– fantasy living creature, having the magical ability to make everything around grow, blossom and green. It was born from a seed, accidentally found in the forest by a company of animals. Didi has no idea, who is he and how did he get there. With his animal friends, he makes his first childhood discoveries, and also makes friends take a fresh look at their familiar world.

Animated film“The best place in the world” talks about a young mouse, which the, hearing a ballad about a wonderful barn, full grain, where mice live without worries and hassles, leaves his native holes and goes in search of this beautiful place.
