At the Mikhail Savitsky Art Gallery29 March to open an exhibition of paintings by a member of the Belarusian Union of Artists Vladimir Gladkov“Between heaven and earth”, dedicated to the Day of Unity of the Peoples of Belarus and Russia, BelTA was told at the Museum of the History of the City of Minsk.

The exhibition included more than50 paintings, revealing the historical way of life, identity and national traditions of the peoples of Belarus, Russia, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Greece, Turkey, China, Afghanistan. The author in his works pays attention to the details of the national costume, decorations, traditional occupations and trades.

The series of urban landscapes shows the monumental beauty of the architectural monuments of Nizhny Novgorod, Kostroma, Samarkand, Bukhara, Istanbul, Venice, Leipzig, Amsterdam and other cities. Complement the beauty and uniqueness of those countries, where did the artist go, mountain scenery, deserts, rivers, lakes and seas.

The exhibition will feature works from different years: genre, landscape compositions, portraits. The artist revealed his world through a realistic and at the same time lyrical transmission of favorite places and objects.. He paid close attention to creating a holistic color harmony., what distinguishes his works. The world is shown in the subtlest lyrical experiences and dramatic collisions that touch with depth and expressiveness..

Vladimir Ivanovich Gladkov was born12 May 1947 years in Tashauz(Turkmenistan). During1976 Graduated from the graphic faculty of the Tashkent Pedagogical Institute. WITH 2002 lives and works in Minsk. Member of the Belarusian Union of Artists, International Union of Designers. Works in painting, chart, is engaged in the design of museum expositions.-0-
