31 January , Grodno / Corr.. Belta/. Belarus pays great attention to citizens' appeals at all levels of government. After receiving citizens on personal matters in the administration of the Oktyabrsky district of Grodno, aide to the President shared this opinion with a BelTA correspondent– inspector for the Grodno region Yuri Karaev.
“Work with citizens' appeals in Belarus at all levels of government is systematic. This is constantly given great attention., but local officials do not always and everywhere solve the problems of citizens in good faith. However, there is control, therefore, any representative of the authorities should always be on guard”, – said Yuri Karaev.
He added: “You can always contact a higher executive authority. And always the chairman of the executive committee, his subordinates will help resolve the issue. And the authorities help”.
Yuri Karaev noted, that the relationship between population and government is very important. “We always know, how people live, what are the problems now, what is the state of affairs in housing and communal services, строительстве, transport, any social area. People with all their problems come, and therefore we can quickly make a decision and assess the situation in the outback, to the streets, in home, near. In the Grodno region, they are trying to solve all the problems of people within their competence, and those, that is not within the competence, reported to a higher authority for action. And before me, eg, few people come”, – said Assistant to the President– Inspector in the Grodno region.
Three people turned to Yuri Karaev to receive citizens. “Today at the reception were two people from the sports field. One person asked for training facilities for rowing classes. The second question was about employment.. Important, to keep the kids busy, and the man was at his favorite business. Also a man came to the reception, recently released from prison. He was not satisfied with the salary at his current job, a man with ambition. And we helped him find another job that was feasible for him., Considering, that now he has a positive characteristic.
