An honorary state award was awarded to Oksana Kimketova, Deputy Director of the Rada Musical Theater. The solemn ceremony took place 23 December at the Palace of the Republic. Medal to Oksana Kimketova presented by Prime Minister of Belarus Roman Golovchenko.

Addressing the award-winning cultural and artistic figures, Roman Golovchenko said: “Our state, young by historical standards, has already developed its own labor, cultural traditions. And among the creators of these traditions, all of you, безусловно, are at the forefront. You are the human capital of Belarus. Уверен, that you will not stop there ".

Also, the Prime Minister thanked the awardees for their conscientious attitude to work., professionalism, dedication in performing one's call of duty, the initiative shown.
