25 July on Fire Service Day “Rada” took part in a festive on-line concert with congratulations for the Grodno Regional Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations. The platform in front of the fire tower in Grodno became an improvised scene. However, professional artists were not confused by external distractions.. With great enthusiasm, enthusiasm and cordiality of the team “Happy” performed for firefighters rescuers “Welcome” from the Belarusian program. It turned out original, exquisitely and incredibly beautiful.
