В качестве балетмейстера-постановщика Оксана Александровна сотрудничала с Белорусским государственным академическим музыкальным театром г. Minska in the play I. Strauss "The Gypsy Baron", and the musical F. Lowe "My Fair Lady", which in2016 was awarded the National Theater Award in the nomination "Best Musical Performance of the Year".
During2015 2009 was awarded with the badge of the Ministry of Culture "For contribution to the development of culture of Belarus".
During2020 was awarded the Francysk Skaryna medal.
